In the recent enslaught of criticism this University has received, there are none more deserving than those about the budget. How, for example, does the College of Communication receive a $30 million grant and still struggle to pay its Scripps visiting professor a reasonable annual salary? It's issues like this that really make me wonder what our administration is up to.
As a senior nearing the end of my college career, I'm looking forward to the life that awaits me after graduation. Yet, I am still very much involved and concerned about issues that affect Ohio University (as I'll demonstrate through much of what I present in this blog). I am enthusiastic about starting my career in public relations, and have a passion for journalism, new media and business. I love good food, napping and involving myself in too many things at once, and have recently aligned many of my daily decisions with the silly motto, "Life's all about taking chances..." (original, I know). Enjoy!
